Harry Potter Fans: What are midnight movie showings like?

Those of you that have gone to a midnight showing, do people get loud
and excited during the movies? Do they dress up?

My brothers and I are going to the midnight showing of Deathly Hallows
Part 2 (this is my first midnight showing ever!) and I was wondering
what they're like from your experiences. Is it worth it?
