OK so it was like the movie "Voice of a murderer" sort of... It took
place in a small town and it was about this guy who was raping killing
people and he would always end up killing people when a certain song
came on the radio... um. It wasn't a horror, it was more of a drama.
There was I believe 2 or 3 detectives and another guy who was a bit...
mentally retarded. At the end of the movie DNA results of some semen
come back and when one of the detectives reads the results it doesn't
match up with their suspect... At the end of the movie or towards the
end the mental guy gets hit by a train. Um that is really all I
remember... Oh and in the movie one of the detectives looses his
leg... That's really all I actually can remember... >_< Help?
